How do we know if our community would benefit from the CCTA model?

The impetus for running a College, Career & Technology Academy-type program arises when a district has a a serious dropout problem or a large number of 12th graders without enough credits to graduate.
The ability to run a CCTA model arises when the district has the vision to put resources behind these students, the flexibility to open a separare space or campus for them, and the partnership of a willing, capable, and geographically convenient or virtually available community college.
